Control-o-fax alpha and numeric color-coded labels are constructed from durable polypropylene for high fidelity, fade-resistant color. Our unique system uses 13 solid colors for letters A-M and repeats them in a diagonal strip for N-Z, making it easy to tell one label from another. Alpha and numeric labels are available in packages, rolls and convenient start-up kits.

Ring Binder Start-Up Kit:
	The convenient three-ring binder start-up kit contains proportional quantities of alpha or numeric labels for your system. The binder saves desk space and provides easy access to labels. The alpha start-up kit is available in three sizes: total system kit has 3522 alpha labels plus year and specialty labels, Series II has 2049 labels, and Series I has 1299 labels. The numeric kit includes 3498 labels plus year and specialty labels.
Solid Color Labels:
	Use these labels to designate primary provider, office location or other variables. Choose from: blue light blue green orange purple red
Specialty Labels:
	Specialty labels in florescent inks make special patient conditions or needs clearly visible on the chart. A variety is available including: Name Alert Allergy Medicare Medicaid Ask our sales staff about other label titles and styles.
Name Labels & Protective Covers:
	Name labels are backed with pinfeed paper for computer printing. A non-glare mylar cover protects the label from wear and tear.
Year Labels:
	Easy-to-see year labels make fast work of recall and file purging. Available in a variety of styles in packages of 240 or rolls of 500.
