E-Z Record Strips:
	Save time and eliminate loose sheets of dictation in the patient record with E-Z Record Strips. These adhesive strips and pages can be used to print out and attach dictation to the appropriate medical history form or other record in the patient's chart. E-Z Record Strips are available in continuous and laser sheet format in 1-inch, 2-inch and full page (8-1/2 x 11") lengths.
	Here's how they work:
	1. Insert E-Z Record Strips into your typewriter, dot matrix or laser printer and type the entire day's dictated patient medical information. 2. Print dictated notes onto E-Z Record Strips. 3. Peel each strip from the backing material and attach to the appropriate patient's record.
E-Z Record Strip Dispenser:
	E-Z Record Strips are also available in rolls. A handy dispenser can be set on the floor or mounted on the desk or wall. The dispenser holds a continuous roll of E-Z Record Strips, 8-1/2" wide (label is 7-3/4" side) and 2500 inches long.
Communication Labels (Fluorescent Inks):

	Laser-compatible labels are available in a variety of sizes for addressing, shipping, filing or other uses. Over 38 variations to choose from. Permanent adhesive on 8-1/2 x 11" size sheets of face stock.
